Rules and Regulations
To maintain the quality and consistency of content on Legal Amenity, we request that all contributors adhere to the following professional guidelines when drafting and submitting blogs.

1. Content Guidelines

Originality: All blog posts must be original and written by the author. Content must not exceed 15% plagiarism (as per standard plagiarism detection tools).

Word Count: Blogs should be between 600 and 800 words.

Tone & Style: The writing should be professional, clear, and accessible. Avoid excessive legal jargon unless necessary-and where used, it should be explained simply.

Topic Relevance: All content should be law-related, including but not limited to legal updates, rights awareness, case law analysis, legal reforms, contract tips, negotiation strategies, and policy drafting.

3. File Submission

Format: All blogs must be submitted in PDF format.

Submission Email: Send your final blog submission to:

4. Editorial Review

All submissions will be reviewed by the Legal Amenity editorial team.

You may be asked to make edits or revisions based on feedback.

Once approved, your blog may be published on our website and social media platforms. Proper author credits will be given.
5. Contributor Recognition
As a token of appreciation for your contribution, Legal Amenity will provide a Certificate of Appreciation to all individuals whose blogs are submitted under these guidelines.

6. Legal Disclaimer
By submitting a blog, you confirm that the content is your original work, and you grant Legal Amenity the non-exclusive rights to edit, publish, and distribute the content. Any copyright violations or plagiarism will be the sole responsibility of the author.
